Barn Luck Model MC-MG-97-13-04

The concept of this Moto Guzzi was originally designed by Dr. John Wittner, an American Dentist, Moto Guzzi-racing fanatic and Winner of the 1984 and 1985 American National Endurance Championship. His pioneering chassis and engine technic landed him an invitation by Moto Guzzi to join their team. Their design peaked as the MGS01-Corsa, V2 air-cooled-twin, eight valves, OHC, 128 hp racer.

Frame-Suspension-Handling

• Shortened and modified frame with telescopic steering damper and clip ons
• Top of the line modified set-up on WP up side down fork
• Adjustable compression and rebound damping rear WP mono-shock
• 17’’ three spoke forged aluminum front wheel with 2x 320mm Brembo breaks, 4 piston calipers with stainless steel break lines
• 17” three spoke forged aluminum rear wheel, single 282mm Brembo break,
2 piston caliper with stainless steel break lines
• Modified rear set including break and shifter

Design

• Custom ‘cafe racer style’ tank, custom rear seat pan and fender
• Contemporary-vintage lightweight racing look, set-up on all necessary street legal front and rear LED lighting, turn signals, mirrors, gauges and electronics

Engine-Transmission-Weight

• Performance air cooled- four stroke- V twin 90 degree- longitudinally mounted, fuel injected, eight valve, OHC with 992cc and a 10.5:1 compression radio
• Re-configured intake with velocity stacks and stainless steel shortened performance exhaust
• 102 hp @ 8200 rpm
• 5 speed shaft drive transmission
• Dry-Weight: 458 pounds
